In 2015, we entrusted Gene with the marketing of our newly-constructed 33-unit townhouse community in Secaucus named Jacob’s Landing. We then followed his advice and purchased a vacant lot in Union City where we later constructed a 10-story/96-unit residential tower. After construction completion, Gene’s real estate marketing team took over and leased all 9 apartments. Today, Hudson Heights which is located at 129 37th St., Union City, NJ is a welcomed addition to our family’s real estate portfolio.
